Two years ago I decided that I was going to do something about my health. I have always battled with my weight, but had reached my all-time highest weight. I was tired all the time, had high blood pressure, and would get winded from the least amount of activity. I had tried fad diets, and just about everything in the past but nothing really gave me lasting results. I was introduced to working out 30 minutes a day from home and I have not looked back. I drink shakeology daily and have done multiple workout programs. I have lost 86 lbs, have gained a confidence in myself and regained my life back.
